Vouchers may be used as payment through our online store by entering codes into the final shopping basket pages. Maximum one voucher per customer per order. These vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offers, exchanged for cash or refunded if lost. 

Gift vouchers:

More than one voucher can be used at one time; vouchers are used as an alternative method of payment. These vouchers can be used in conjunction with promotional offers and student discounts. Gift vouchers after purchased cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded if lost. Gift vouchers purchased to be delivered within the UK will be sent free of charge; outside of the UK there will be an additional charge of £0.50p for postage.

Student discount:

This discount entitles a student cardholder to a saving of 10% on a single transaction off the full price. This discount is online for UK Student NUS Card holders. This discount cannot be used to purchase Urban Spark Gift Vouchers. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, press, magazine, or Urban Spark Staff Discount Card. Expired student cards will not be accepted. This offer may be withdrawn at any time at Urban Spark’s discretion. The return value of the item(s) purchased using this voucher shall be the applicable return value under Urban Spark’s return policy less the percentage discount obtained. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. To claim your 10% student discount please enter the code of STUDENT into the voucher field in the check out when purchasing your goods.
