Urban Spark offers free delivery to all
the UK.
We aim to deliver to you within 3-5 working
days.
Delivery to Northern Ireland and the Highlands
and Islands however will take longer to
arrive. We aim to deliver products within
seven working days to these areas
We aim to deliver all
our products as soon as possible although
on occasions with busy sale periods or
bank holidays orders may take slightly
longer to be delivered. If you have not
received your delivery within 7 working
days, please contact our Customer Services

OUTSIDE UNITED KINGDOM
Deliveries to outside
of the UK can take up to 7 days and will
have a standard postage charge of £2.00.
We aim to deliver all our products as
soon as possible although occasions with
busy sale periods or bank holidays may
mean orders take slightly longer to be
delivered. If you have not received your
delivery within 10 working days, please
contact our Customer Services department.

Returns Policy
Urban Spark would like to refund any items
you are not completely happy with. If you
are unhappy with any item please send it
back to Urban Spark within 7 days from
time of purchase.

When sending back
any items they must be accompanied by
a completed returns form. A returns form
can be printed from this website by clicking
this returns form link
Goods being returned must be adequately
packed, preferably in their original packaging.
In the interests of hygiene for our customers
we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery,
unless they are of unsatisfactory quality.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this
may cause you.
For security reasons, we cannot accept
this information via email.
Unfortunately we
can’t stop an order
once it’s been confirmed by us. If
you change your mind about your order after
this point you can return the Products
in accordance with this returns policy.
Although we will make every reasonable
effort to ensure your Products are delivered
within the set timescales, unfortunately
we cannot guarantee that they will not
be affected by unforeseen issues affecting
our delivery partner. Under these circumstances,
delivery charges will not normally be refunded.
Please remember to ask the Post Office
for your proof of posting certificate and
retain it for your reference. The Post
Office will stamp this and supply a tracking
reference number starting with the letters
PA to prove the item(s) have been returned.
Without this we cannot refund any money
if we do not receive the returned items.
The refund will be processed once your
goods are received into our warehouse.
Please note that it may take 2-3 working
days for the refunds to show in your account.
If your card expires before we process
your refund please contact our customer
services team with your order number, postcode
and new card details.
This returns policy does not affect your
statutory rights in respect of defective
Products.
