What actually happens on the call?

Thirty minutes, on Zoom or phone. We take an honest look at your current sales: what is working, what is leaking, and why. Then I will tell you the right next step, even if that step is not with me. No pressure, no hard sell. That would be a strange look for someone teaching trust-based selling.

I hate selling. Is this still for me?

You are exactly who this is for. Most of my clients are brilliant at what they do and uncomfortable selling it. The Trust Sales System is built on earning trust, not pressure, so you can sell with confidence without ever feeling pushy.

How is this different from a sales course?

A course gives you information. I install a system: the mindset to sell with a clear head, a repeatable process from first contact to close, and the AI and CRM tools that keep it running. Training fades within 90 days. Systems stick.

Where do you deliver, and is it in person or online?

I am based in York and deliver across Yorkshire and the UK. Programmes mix in-person days with live group sessions online, and corporate work is scoped to your team and location.
